Seasonal Service (Home or Cottage)
During any 12-month period, service may be suspended for up to six consecutive months and re-activated,provided that the service is then active for at least six consecutive months. There will be a monthly charge of $24.99 / month for the months that the customer is on Seasonal Suspension for any package type, Residential or Business. This charge will only apply for the term of the contract the customer has agreed to. For example:
If they purchase an LS750 with the current promotion (which includes a 2 year commitment), they will pay the following monthly charges (with PowerON service and 6 month Seasonal Disconnect)
For the months after the term of their contract has expired, they will pay the current market rate at that time, plus applicable taxes and $0.00 / mth for the months they are on Seasonal Disconnect. The Customer has the option to keep their Xplornet email account and Xplornet hosted websitefor a charge of $4.99 / mth.
- The $24.99 /mth fee during the Seasonal Disconnect guarantees the customer’s Xplornet email address and Xplornet hosted website.
- There will be an administration fee of $24.99 at the time the customer reactivates their account.
